Sweepstakes begins 12:01 am EST on 12/18/07 and ends 11:59 pm EDT on 5/31/08 (the "Promotion Period").There will be four separate Drawing Periods during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize Trip Restrictions:Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited.Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.Guest of winner must be of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (unless guest is a child or ward of winner),and must sign a liability/publicity release before travel will be booked.The actual value of the Grand Prize Trip may vary based on point of departure.Any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.Winner is solely responsible for all travel-related expenses not specified herein,including ground transportation,meals,incidental hotel charges and gratuities. 4.Random Drawings:A random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Drawing Period will be conducted within five days of the end of each Drawing Period by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final.Winners will be notified by e-mail,overnight delivery and/or phone and have 5 days to respond.After 5 days,an alternate winner will be selected.

5.Verification:An affidavit of eligibility and,where legal,liability/publicity release must be signed by Grand and First Prize winners (or by parent/legal guardian,if winner is an eligible minor) and returned within 10 days of date on prize notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and will not be awarded.
6.General:By participating in this promotion,entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges,which are final in all matters relating to this promotion.All submitted entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
